How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders Are usually Shipped out within 24 hours. On occasion they may take up to 48 hours to ship out.

When will my order arrive?

US orders - usually arrive within 3-5 buisness days after shipmient depending on where you are in the US.

International orders - depends on the service you select but generally 5-15 days

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted for any unused and undamaged products. Please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping if you wish to return your product.

Replacements due to damage enroute can be returned free of charge and a replacement will be sent out to you.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping to over 200 countries world wide.

Please be aware that we currently only distribute from California, USA. Eventually we hope to have distributors on other continents.

Because of this you must pay close attention to shipping costs, VAT and duty. There are options to pre-pay the vat and duty or pay at your local shipping office upon arrival.

What’s your return policy?

Are they tamper proof?

You can use 2+ padlock to secure your phoenix vault products. You will need padlocks thats shaft is 4mm in diameter and the straight section must be not luch longer than the thickness of the product you bought. Flare = 9mm, Nova = 13mm and Oblivion is 17mm.

Alternativly you can use stainless steel washers or spacers to the shaft if the padlock is too long.

We currently dont supply padlocks but we are looking into it.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Currently there is no way to make changes to an order as we try to get each purchase out asap. You may try to contact us HERE, but there is no guarentee we can change your order if you made a mistake. That being said we will do our best to help you so if a mistake was made contact us as soon as possible. The longer you leave it the less likely we will be able to help.

How long is the warranty?

All phoenix vault plate systems have a liftime guarentee for the material and markings. However we cannot guarentee after you have stamped your product. This is the same with all companies. The reason is because we can never retrieve the product once its stamped. Under no circumstance should you ever send your phoenix vault to us, or anyone else, after you have stamped in your seed phrase. In the wise words of Gandalf, "keep it secret, keep it safe"

Nobody at Phoenix Vault will ever contact you and ask for your seed phrase or your products. If you are contacted in this manor please REPORT HERE so we can deal with the scammer.

Why Stainless Steel Over Titanium ? It's not as simple as you think.

Stainless Steel is stronger than titanium, with higher tensile yield strength. However, titanium offers higher strength-to-weight ratios.
Stainless steel is an alloy where titanium is a chemical. This makes titanium considerably more expensive to manufacture.
Titanium has excellent corrosion resistence as do some steel alloys such as 304 and 316 stainless steel.
Titanium is lighter than steel, making it a popular choice for weight-sensitive applications. Not a factor to be concerned with when storing your seed phrase.
Stainless steel has more tensile yield strangth meaning it is more resistant to deformation (bending/warping).
Titanium has a higher temperature resistance over stainless steel. Stainless steel is still more than sufficient to withstand any fires you are likley to encounter.

Why Does Thickness Matter ?

Simply put, the thicker something is the stronger it is.
Think about how easy it is to tear a peice of paper. Now stack 50 sheets of paper and you'll see how much harder it is to tear.
Even though in some instances titanium may be stronger than stainless steel, those instances are completley overshadowed when you multiply the thickness of the stainless steel.

WATCh THE vIDEO BEfORE YOU STaMP YOUr prODUCT

1 - Write down your seed phrase and number conversion in the supplied booklet. You can convert your seed word to number using the conversion chart located in the menu bar.

Optional but recommended, mark your seed number onto your plates with a marker before stamping.

2 - Place the tip of the center punch tool in the center of your marking.

3 - While stabilizing the tool with your dominant hand push firmly down with the palm of your non dominant hand Until you feel the punch snap in. Do no try this one handed as you may slip and ONLY STAMP ONCE PER NUMBER.

4 - Alternatively you may use the supplied guide plate. Please watch the video for more precise instructions.
